The decor is great- modern and funky. It was clean and felt decadent in communal areas. Breakfast was good and the staff were polite, helpful & friendly. Showers were powerful and beds clean and comfortable.
We had a couple of issues that were very quickly and efficiently sorted out by the staff on reception.

Lovely bar area with great ambience, we hung out there much more than we planned to. Can't fault the location, 15 min walk from Euston and only 10 mins from Covent Garden. Good sized rooms for London.
Great room & facilities, the freebie welcome treats were a nice way to start the stay! The pool area is really lovely with a steam room & sauna- we made use of that area both mornings after breakfast before heading out for the day, & it’s great that entry is free for residents. The bed was comfy & the room spacious, good tea & coffee making facilities in the room too! Also a really good breakfast with loads of variety, & a chef to make fresh omelettes with a range of fillings. Good location also- only 15/20 mins walk to Covent Garden & Soho/theatre area.

Location was very convenient! We could easily walk to many attractions and restaurants in the vicinity. Staff was friendly and the rooms were nice! The room had great amenities like a fridge and real glasses. The room had a lot of outlets which was great!
