It was fantastic, location, staff , facilities, and will be even better when the rooftop bar has been upgraded!!
Great location for central London and the west end. Comfy bed, friendly staff and nice room
The location was great for theatre quarter and night life in Soho. We could use the pool, steam room and sauna out of charge and without having to book it in advance. David at the reception was kind and conversational and his colleague a lady offered complimentary drink as we had to wait in the queue to check in.
Room was large with two double beds.
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and always very welcoming and friendly Breakfast was excllent

The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Lovely little additions e.g popcorn machine in reception, mini Photo Booth, complimentary sweets on arrival. Staff were friendly and accommodating, we arrived earlier than check in time and were able to be brought to our room at an earlier time.

Nothing. They cancelled my booking because of no hot water and left me exposed. Tried to offer me another hotel- most unsuitable. Never again
